It turned out that there are some catsuit variations available on eBay (e.g. with short sleeves, short legs, etc). The prices quite high but are not overly exaggerated:

I bought one. It's ok, but the cut is a little too high for my taste.
Also, the rear zipper on the one I have does not have a hole in the tab that allows me to hook my zipper helper on.
But, it did fit the bill.
