The only thing I do not like is the too open top and back.

Perhaps you should contact them and tell them that you want these leggings badly?

Please tell me if it's stretchy. I need at least two catsuits: one for various yoga and similar activities (only if the material is stretchy!) and one or two for bondage.
I'm trying to decide what I like more. For bondage activity, I would possibly choose this one wetlook zentai

I am not perfectly happy with the suit, but it is okay, snug fit. Size S/M was the correct choice, L/XL would be baggy around my hips and chest. It does suit 1.83 cm (and probably 1.85 too, as claimed), no crotch-biting or shoulder weight. Stretching: 11.6 cm to 16.5 cm, tested horizontally on the lower leg. Lengthwise, the stretch is minimal.
This suit is clearly not suitable for yoga. It is okay for bondage, probably not for wild games or extreme positions, if you are my size.
Material is something artificial, smells a bit like a cheap rain coat (not exactly nice). I hope, the smell will go away eventually, but it isn't horrible. The cloth is very thin, which is kind of cool, much thinner than lycra for example.

No, I think, it is one layer of poly-something. Definitely not Realise-like. As I said, it is thin, and it is soft. I have seen rain capes for cycling made of similar material, about ten years ago. It might be PVC.
When I wrote "not suitable for yoga", I had you in mind, wearing size S/M. It will probably break at the first attempt to sit with crossed legs. Movements like bending, sitting etc. are a bit restricted.

These nice suits begin to appear on eBay: silver leotard with long sleeves and skirt I think they are made and meant for bondage 😋

Try nawtyfox.com
Thea have the same skating dress for almost half the price.
I have a black and a blue skating dress, and thinking on the silver one.
The fit is very good for me, and they are pretty streachy.
Their catsuits are very good as well.
The only problem is, they don't do custom outfits.

Yes, Nawtyfox is interesting, but the material is different.
eBay.com store: Nawty-Fox-Lingerie
I might order a leotard with long sleeves and no skirt for yoga.

Really? I find that this fabric is better for self bondage than the thiner ones I got from China.
I used my black skating dress when doing my elbow ties. The fabric is slippery enough to really pull my elbows really close together.
But, if they come out with an outfit made out of Swimsuit material, I'm more than in, I'll drop a K-note for a full line.
