Thanks to Guest who posted links to the whole image chain (19 drawings, see below). The character is Konomi Yuzuhara (柚原このみ) – the main heroine from “To Heart 2”.

Remove the bondage part and you’ll get some real-life cases. A couple of examples:

Bound human toilets. Part V Niku Benki

I’m not quite sure who “officially” invented this idea of human toilets. Most likely it’s something very obvious, though the real world implementation are different.

While the secret desires of the western society transform into kinky bathrooms (see Fetish toilets, urinals, sinks and taps. Part IV), the Japanese have their own term for both real men and drawn characters: niku benki (肉便器). Literally “toilet meat”. Niku benki is a person sitting in the toilet and providing “a cock service”. You can see “肉便器” written on some poor bound girls and boys on the 22 images below and in the previous parts.

Bondage art by Ah-Gu. Part II

On the one hand, Ah-Gu‘s (or whatever 阿★凡 is pronounced) art is simplified, the proportions are distorted, body features are mostly schematic, etc. But on the other hand, look at the details accompanying the main subject, at the atmosphere, look at the expression on the faces and listen to your “inner” reaction.

Probably I understand nothing in the art, but I would say that the artist is very talented.
