Let’s go through the basics one more time, but now with photos and layouts. As I said in the general advices I would greatly recommend to place the clothes and toys on a bed exactly how they will be applied.
The first step. The pull rope is connected through an ice-lock to the central leg of the bed. The gap between the bed and the wall should be just enough for the rope.
The placement of the cinch noose depends on the positions of your arms – in front of you or behind your back. Take into account 10-15cm increase of the length of the pull rope during cinching.
If you think that you will have too much freedom, add another rope connected through another ice-lock to another bed leg.
The second rope will be used to fix your bound legs.
Think of toys (butt-plugs, dildo, gags, vibrators, ear plugs, blindfolds, etc.) and rope harnesses (crotch-rope, karada, etc.) Do not forget to tie your legs together (at several points).
If you think that you will definitely need to go to a toilet in a middle of the night…
… latex shorts or briefs with a built-in piss-condom connected to an inflatable gag built into an inflatable hood will solve the problem (he-he-he…)
Any other interesting clothes are more than welcom
Latex or nylon pantyhose, latex or lycra swimsuit/leotard, high heels, corsets, catsuits, dresses, whatever you think is appropriate to spend a night in inescapable selfbondage.
Do not forget to place a knife somewhere, so you can cut off the ropes when the ice-locks release you.

And it is dirty cheap! I usually use a latex sheet, but it’s sticky (too big to chlorinate in a bucket), thin and expensive.
I do it as much as I can love self bondage . but looking for some more ideas, I always wear my heels and skirts I always feel sexy like this sometimes I use gags this makes me feel helpless . would someone like to send me some scenarios I can try ….xxxx
