I had many many years ago, I guess before the last decade, a pair of ballet boots, almost crotch high. The seller was a bit tricky because he is situated in Poland, and I am in Germany, but after some time and discussing the payment it was working out.
The shoes itself have been really nice, at the start a bit smelly (Leather), but the quality was definitely good. So...give it a go đ

I bought a pair of rubber crotch-length boots from them and everything was fine. They were a little too long but that's not the suppliers fault, I have short legs. I'm sure I posted a pic here somewhere.
Edit: here you go, my boots after I shortened them. Ignore the small metallic-looking things at the top, I wanted the boots for a cosplay and those just clip on.
