There are several incarnations of these suits. I prefer (the fabric-wise) the old one with the logo on the left side.
For old versions you can try ebay (but beware of the ageing "rubber") or in sport shops, e.g. Decathlon.

Unfortunately newer Speedo Hydrasuits are not the same as the older ones (~ 2008), a fabric is a bit different and also the cut around legs is much lower. I would choose Zoggs instead.

I have only one Zoggs waterpolo suit, and it's not tight at all.
