Cycling shorts single-glove self-bondage method
This is a step-by-step explanation on how to use lycra/spandex cycling shorts in self-bondage. Basically it’s almost the same single-glove method as described in the “Pantyhose Single-glove” article. See also “Cycling shorts single-glove. Part I“.
Let’s begin. Everything except the shortsis already on the place.
Find one of the legs (I can’t see through the transparent latex hood, by the way…)
Put one leg over youy head
And let it sit comfortably on your neck. It must not be too tight.
Pull the band down with your elbow (left in my case)
Pull the other side of the shorts over you right shoulder
The second leg should dangle centered behind your back
Pull the band over your right elbow with your left hand
Insert you right hand (not the whole arm) into the “leg”. Your least flexible arm goes in first, the most flexible arm goes in last and goes out first.
Slide your left hand into the leg. The band will most likely slide off your left elbow
Slowly work your arms down the “leg” gradually bringing the elbows closer to each other
The last tug and the left elbow slides in and the band snap up trapping your arms behind your back
… will look like one piece of bondage garment.
A high-rez version of the previous photo. I like how water sparkles in the fishnet cells and how it streams off the hands enclosed in pantyhose.

That is… interesting.
I like the small cell net pantyhose, to be honest ‘fence net’ hose leave me cold. I do have some ‘micro-net’ ‘tulle’ hose that are excellent, they’re very like the fine mesh hose the women wore in the original series of ‘Star Trek’.
I like the cells no bigger than Oroblu Eclatant. Up to ~1cm. And in any case I always have something thin and shiny underneath 😉
Great technique, my partner Blu will be giving this a go!!
She’s developed some excellent techniques herself using rope & luggage straps. The photos are on her free site at: http://www.blubondage.com
I can’t seem to be getting this to work, can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
But what does not work exactly? You can’t “get in”? Just try one-two sizes larger.
No I can get in it’s just the shorts don’t seem to snap up and trap my arms.
Then you may try a smaller size. BTW, the shorter the shorts, the more difficult to get out. Ideally, the rim of the “arm leg” should “snap” above the elbows. But in this case it’s VERY difficult to get out 😉
