… not to the latest and greatest. The hosting company is running old MySQL. What a disappointment!

Tweaking blog and forum
I am experimenting with the blog and forum. If you notice that something is broken or not accessible, please try again later.
The first change (compression level) dramatically increased the forum performance. At least for me.
Update: Jan 22, 13:16. The sidebar is wp-widget compliant now, but it turned out that pixels in Explorer and Firefox have different sizes :-\ Oh yeah, the arithmetics is also different 😀
Update Jan 22, 23:32 Added Translation widget. I don;t think that Google on-line translator any good, but I hope it’s not cmpletely useless. The widget needs to be tweaked a bit. But for now, open the links in another window. It is not that easy to return to the previous page.
Update Jan 23, 01:52 Added Babelfish translation. It is not better than Google, but it supports more languages. The pixels have been tamed. Also, I added the “site snap” feature. Useless, but funny 🙂
Testing new features
If you see errors while browsing the site, please ignore – I’m testing new features.
Please let me know what you think about the new feature – article modification date can be seen now under the corresponding title.
WordPress upgraded
WordPress (blog software) has been upgraded to the latest version. You could notice ~10 min blog unavailability.
Added user counter.
Added RSS feed for the Forum
Please check the panel on the right. You should see three RSS feeds for this Blog, Blog comments and Forum posts. Instead of reloading or rechecking the whole site for anything new you might want to use your favourite RSS/Feed viewer to check the site for the latest updates for you. Personally, I prefer Firefox with Sage extension.
OldBlog EOL’ed
All posts from the OldBlog have been moved to the new one. OldBlog is EOL’ed ( my first Blog ever! )
Design changes
- Replaced page reloads with frame reloads (the navigation should work faster now)
- Replaced many tables with CSS + JavaScript (unfortunately could not replace all the tables, because of the well-known CSS bugs in Firefox)
- Changed the internal PHP design for almost all major pages (now it’s more modular than before)
- Removed old outdated FAQ section – it needs to be completely rewritten
- Added some items into the Inventory section
If you see garbled pages, please reload style.css – you might be using an old cached copy.
To be done:
- Replace the Fetishes section with Pantyhose and Latex
Change Top Left corner of the page (the section name can not be updated at the moment)
And yes, I’ve got a lot of content to share with you, just need to fix the internal logic first 🙂
RSS’s making it easier…
After trying various methods of notification I have finally decided to scrap the old News and Home Title pages and replace them with the Blog. From now on the site news and updates will be sent via the RSS feed only. Let’s follow the current standards!
Playing with the design
Yes again and always. The idea is to get the latest news and blog entries onto the home page. But different browsers understand styles differently. Explorer does not know how to draw a border around a table, while Firefox can’t apply font styles.
Nightmare…
Aurora’s Journal
As you may have noticed, it’s usually men who enjoy fetish clothes. And I mean FETISH, not “mmm… fetishy” or something what’s considered “normal” like fur, shoes and jewelry. But Aurora is an exception. Épaté is her name. You can clear see that she likes wearing latex, lycra and (of course) she adores the attention she gets from the people around!
