This is a variation of the Pantyhose single-glove technique, but this method is very flexible in terms of compatibility with other techniques. Since lycra shorts are opened at both "ends", your hands and your head will be left uncovered, thus allowing the usage of various hoods, gags, handcuffs, wrist-coils with cynch nooses etc. But also, this method can be used alone as a light non-timer dependable self-bondage (in a bathtub, in a shower, during a night) or in combination with the Pantyhose single-glove to increase the tightness.

Use the same sequence as in the Pantyhose single-glove technique with one exception - squeeze your head through one leg opening and your hands through the other.
